The Ruizian Card is an exclusive membership for bonafide LRMS alumni, students, parents and personnel. Card holders are distinguished as official members of the LRMS community. As member, certain privileges and discounts to various establishments are accorded to the Ruizian cardholder.

Each member is given his/ her own Ruizian Card, which is for his/her own use. The card is non-transferable.

1. As member of the Ruizian Card and as cardholder, one enjoys the following privileges:
1. Receive updates, news and community announcements via electronic mail
2. Receive snail-mailed copy of the Ruizian newspaper
3. Enjoys special rates for rental of LRMS facilities
4. Enjoys certain discounts on purchases of goods and services from partner merchants, and
5. Enjoys certain freebies from partner merchants.
2. The Ruizian Card must be presented before any transaction.
3. Only one Ruizian Card per transaction can be used.
4. Generally, the Ruizian Card cannot be used together with other promotions and discounts such as the mandatory Senior Citizens discount.
5. Membership is on annual basis and automatically becomes invalid upon expiration. Should a member wish to continuously enjoy his/her privileges and discounts, he/she is advised to process his/her membership renewal one month before the expiration of his/her membership.
6. Damaged or lost Ruizian Cards may be replaced subject to a P150.00 replacement fee.

The Ruizian Card is an exclusive for members of the LRMS community.
The following may apply for membership:

1. Any LRMS High School alumnus/ alumna*
2. Any student officially enrolled in LRMS Preschool, Grade School, or High School*
3. Any parent or registered Guardian of an officially enrolled student in LRMS Preschool, Grade School, or High School*
4. Any Ruizian employee, whether part-time or full-time, regular or probationary.*

1. Filled-out application form
2. Photocopy valid Identification Card (Please bring original for verification)
